Love music? Want to perform, create, record and work with others? Music is a fun, hands-on subject where students build practical music skills through performing, listening and creating music in a supportive and energetic classroom environment.
Students will learn guitar and keyboard skills, perform in class bands and small groups, and explore how music is used in movies, advertising and popular culture. Whether you already play music or are just getting started, this course encourages creativity, confidence and collaboration.
Students will also keep a creative music journal to reflect on their learning and develop an understanding of the theory and practical skills behind great music performance.
