Psychology ATAR Year 12 explores the science behind learning, memory, motivation, and health. You’ll examine how people think, feel, and act—and how psychology is applied in schools, hospitals, workplaces, and sports fields.

Unit 3: Memory and Learning
Explore the processes behind memory formation, storage, and retrieval. Investigate theories of learning and how these are applied in education, therapy, and behaviour change.
Unit 4: Motivation, Wellbeing and Health
Understand what drives behaviour and how psychological wellbeing is supported. Study psychological disorders, stress responses, and health-focused interventions.

In this unit, we dig into what makes people tick. Unit 4: Psychology and Human Performance
