Certificate II in Hospitality
This qualification offers individuals general Hospitality knowledge and a range of food and beverage service skills. 

The course is well-suited to students that enjoy practical learning. The course focuses on front of house Hospitality skills, such as barista skills, food hygiene, food advice, and financial transactions.

Certificate II in Hospitality is highly recommended for those who are interested in careers in or seeking part-time employment as: 

  • Bar attendant
  • Cafe attendant
  • Catering assistant
  • Food & beverage attendant
  • Front office assistant
  • Customer service

Students are required to successfully complete all aspects of the 12 competencies requiring a commitment over two years. There is an expectation to complete a number of functions. Some of these are completed in school time, and others may be outside of school hours. It is compulsory to attend these functions.
